About me
I've been programming since I was ten: Basic and machine language on a Commodore 64, then a lifetime of teaching myself on different systems, Windows and these days mostly Linux. Along the way came a degree in Biological Sciences, a PhD in Pharmacognosy, and years of work in sectors like automotive, insurance and pharma.
Survival Apps comes out of that double nature: scientific rigor on one side, passionate self-taught study on the other — and out of an imaginary, cyberpunk/post-apocalyptic, that is also a working philosophy: autonomy, creativity, essentiality. Essential, lightweight, independent tools: code that helps you survive.
What you'll find in this archive
- ZONE 1 · WEB APPS — projects built from scratch with Python, Flask and SQLite: dashboards, tools, utilities. Every post documents the technical choices
- ZONE 2 · MOBILE/ANDROID — native and Capacitor apps, from concept to Play Store: architectures, decisions, and what actually shipping teaches you
- ZONE 3 · CYBERPUNK/SURVIVAL — the identity space: aesthetics, themed hardware, projects like the Zoltar machine built from recycled aquarium parts
