# Refunds and withdrawal

If you changed your mind, or something doesn't work: here's how it goes

Survival Apps apps are digital content you download right after paying. This page says plainly when you can get your money back and how to ask. It covers every app on sale: BioRadar, EcoSurvivor, HotSummer and Item90.

## 14-day right of withdrawal

You have **14 days from the purchase** to change your mind, **without giving a reason**. I don't ask you to waive the right of withdrawal at checkout: the right stays yours **even if you have already downloaded, installed and used the app**.

A pre-filled email opens: fill in the fields and send it. You can also write to [contatti@survival-apps.com](mailto:contatti@survival-apps.com) with the same details. No other form is needed.

As soon as I receive your statement I reply with a written **acknowledgement of receipt** that states the content of your request and the date and time it arrived.

## The refund

- **AMOUNT** — I refund the full price you paid, with no deductions and no cost to you
- **TIMING** — within 14 days of receiving your statement
- **METHOD** — through the same means you paid with (card or PayPal, via the Payhip checkout); I issue the refund myself, Payhip does not hold the funds
- **LICENSE** — with the refund the license key is deactivated: the app stops working at its first online check and should be uninstalled

## If something doesn't work

For digital content the **legal guarantee of conformity** of the Italian Consumer Code always applies (two years from delivery, for content supplied in a single act): if the app doesn't work as described on its page, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, if that is impossible or unreasonable, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund. Write to me describing the problem (phone model, Android version, what happens): most of the time an update or a quick check together fixes it.

## Activations used up, or a license that won't work

Each license key has **3 activations**, meant for reinstalls and phone changes. If you have used them up, or the app says the license is not valid and you think that's a mistake, write to [contatti@survival-apps.com](mailto:contatti@survival-apps.com) with the purchase email and the app: I will restore the activations. You don't have to buy again.

## After the 14 days

Once the period has passed there is no right to a refund for a change of mind, but if you have a real problem write anyway: I look at each case with common sense.
